Description:
At 941 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 3 miles southeast of Soldier to 5 miles west of
Potawatomi Reservation to 3 miles north of Delia. Movement was east
at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Holton, Hoyt, Mayetta, and Potawatomi Reservation.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
northeastern Kansas.
