Southeastern Chase County in east central Kansas... * Until 930 PM CDT. * At 828 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles southeast of Cottonwood Falls, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Chase County. This includes Interstate 35 between Mile Markers 106 and 116.
