At 550 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Little River to Nickerson to Sylvia, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include... Hutchinson, Mcpherson, Lyons, South Hutchinson, Sterling, Inman, Buhler, Haven, Nickerson, Pretty Prairie, Little River, Arlington, Turon, Partridge, Sylvia, Alden, Windom, Plevna, Abbyville, and Yoder.
Instruction: 
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for south central and central Kansas. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.
