At 805 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles east of Cuba, moving north at 15 mph. THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR EASTERN REPUBLIC AND WESTERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES. HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Trained spotter reported 2.5 to 3 inch hail 1 mile north of Agenda at 753 PM. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured. Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs, siding, and vehicles. Locations impacted include... Cuba, Morrowville, Haddam, Narka, and Mahaska.
