Description:
At 922 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Galesburg, or
10 miles northwest of Parsons, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Erie, St. Paul, Thayer, Galesburg, Lake Parsons, and South Mound.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for southeastern
Kansas.

building.
