At 1037 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Liberty, or 8
miles northeast of Coffeyville, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Coffeyville, Independence, Edna, Dearing, Mound Valley, Liberty,
Bolton, Angola, Independence Airport, Coffeyville Airport, and Big
Hill Lake.
Instruction:

building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
