* At 932 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Elgin, or 9
miles southwest of Sedan, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Caney, Sedan, Cedar Vale, Tyro, Peru, Chautauqua, Havana, Elgin,
Bolton, Niotaze, Independence Airport, Elk City State Park, and Elk
City Lake.
Instruction:

building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
