Southeastern Coffey County in east central Kansas... * Until 1000 PM CDT. * At 914 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Centropolis to near Williamsburg to 5 miles south of Waverly to 5 miles east of Burlington to 3 miles southeast of Hamilton, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * Locations impacted include... Ottawa, Baldwin City, Garnett, Wellsville, Richmond, Colony, Greeley, Princeton, Lane, Rantoul, Westphalia, Kincaid, Lone Elm, Harris, and Le Roy.
