* At 523 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Latham, or 17
miles southeast of Leon, moving east at 65 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Howard, Moline, Longton, Severy, Grenola, Fall River, Elk Falls,
Climax, Beaumont, Fall River Lake, Piedmont, and Fall River State
Park.
