* Until 400 PM CDT.
* At 323 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles southeast
of Cottonwood Falls, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Emporia, Americus, Olpe, Hartford, and Neosho Rapids.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 35 between mile markers 128 and 141.
Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 117 and 140.
