* At 945 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Loomis to Harlan County Dam to 6 miles southwest of
Kirwin, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Automated Weather Station. This line of storms has a
history of producing measured wind gusts of 60 to 70 MPH.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
