Description: 
Dangerous fire weather conditions possible along and south of the Nebraska Kansas state line Sunday afternoon. * WINDS...Southerly winds sustaining between 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 to 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...North Central Kansas locations outside of the warning will still be expected to reach elevated to near- critical fire weather conditions.
