* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 to 15 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...For the rest of today's Warning: Although
relative humidity levels will not drop as low as they do
during most Red Flag Warnings, the combination of the strong
south winds and the pronounced lack of precipitation in recent

Instruction:
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
