* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following
areas, Atchison KS and Doniphan and Missouri, including the
following areas, Buchanan, Caldwell and Clinton.
* WHEN...From late tonight through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rounds of heavy rainfall are possible early Monday morning and
then again Monday night into Tuesday morning.
