At 23.0 feet, Parking lot just west of State Line Road begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 22.8 feet just after midnight tonight.
