* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas, including the following counties, in east central Kansas, Douglas and Shawnee. In northeast Kansas, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson, Marshall, Nemaha and Pottawatomie. * WHEN...Through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall will be possible tonight through Monday morning. Rivers and creeks may rise above flood stage.
