* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas, including the following counties, in east central Kansas, Wabaunsee. In northeast Kansas, Pottawatomie. * WHEN...Until 1130 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 926 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Widespread flooding has been reported in Wamego. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Northeastern Manhattan, Wamego, Westmoreland, Blaine, St. Marys, Onaga, St. George, Olsburg, Belvue, Emmett, Louisville, Wheaton and Tuttle Creek Lake.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
