Salt Creek near Ada affecting Ottawa County. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Kansas... Solomon River near Niles affecting Saline, Ottawa and Dickinson Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Chapman Creek near Chapman. * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Lowland flooding occurs from near the town of Industry upstream from Chapman to the Smoky Hill River downstream from Chapman. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 20.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
