Chapman Creek near Chapman affecting Dickinson County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Lyon Creek near Junction City. * WHEN...Until late this evening. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, The north bank of the creek floods near the Highway 77 bridge. At 23.6 feet, The south bank of the creek floods near Highway 77. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 21.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
