* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Kansas, including the following county, Lincoln. * WHEN...Until 1215 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 617 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area from thunderstorms earlier this morning. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Barnard.
Instruction: 
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown.
