...The National Weather Service in Topeka KS has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Kansas... Salt Creek near Ada affecting Ottawa County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Salt Creek near Ada. * WHEN...Until late Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor low land flooding along the Salt Creek. At 20.0 feet, 50th Road just south of the bridge over the Salt Creek floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 16.8 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to 20.0 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall early Wednesday afternoon. It will rise to 18.5 feet early Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
