Chapman Creek near Chapman affecting Dickinson County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Chapman Creek near Chapman. * WHEN...From Tuesday morning to Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Lowland flooding occurs from near the town of Industry upstream from Chapman to the Smoky Hill River downstream from Chapman. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 5.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 21.2 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
