Stranger Creek near Tonganoxie affecting Leavenworth County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Stranger Creek near Tonganoxie. * WHEN...From late Tuesday night to late Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Low-lying farmland along the creek floods. At 25.0 feet, County Highway 6 floods about 3 miles east of Tonganoxie. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 11.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Wednesday morning to a crest of 23.1 feet early Wednesday morning.
