Stranger Creek near Tonganoxie affecting Leavenworth County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Stranger Creek near Tonganoxie. * WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon to Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Low-lying farmland along the creek floods. At 25.0 feet, County Highway 6 floods about 3 miles east of Tonganoxie. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 7.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 25.9 feet early Wednesday morning.
