* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Labette and Neosho. * WHEN...Until 845 AM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 847 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported several roads inundated by water this morning due to heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing. Between 3 and 7.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Parsons, Chanute, Erie, St. Paul, Galesburg, Earlton, Lake Parsons, South Mound, Dennis and Chanute Airport.
Instruction: 
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown.
