At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile north of Washington, floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 22.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling to 3.0 feet Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
