Delaware River near Muscotah affecting Atchison County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Delaware River near Muscotah. * WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, The east approach to the County Road bridge over the Delaware River around 2.2 miles south of Muscotah is overtopped by flood waters. Flooding of low-lying pasture and cropland also occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 30.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this evening and continue falling to 15.8 feet Saturday afternoon. - Flood stage is 27.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
