* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Kansas, including the following county, Jefferson County. * WHEN...Until 1100 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 633 PM CDT, emergency management reported ongoing flooding in the warned area near the Delaware River. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Valley Falls and Ozawkie.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
