Vermillion Creek near Wamego affecting Pottawatomie County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Vermillion Creek near Wamego. * WHEN...Until late this evening. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Minlor flooding occurs along Vermillion Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 20.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 3.3 feet early Wednesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
