At 31.0 feet, Lowland areas near the river continue to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 25.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 30.0 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
