* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Lincoln county.
* WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 746 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported several
roadways were impassable this morning across the warned area.
Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lincoln, Beverly, Barnard and Ash Grove.
Instruction:
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't
drown.
