Big Blue River near Blue Rapids affecting Marshall County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Big Blue River near Blue Rapids. * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs from Marysville to Tuttle Creek Lake. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 29.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.6 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
