Stranger Creek at Easton affecting Atchison and Leavenworth Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Stranger Creek at Easton. * WHEN...Until Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Highway 192 just east of Easton is closed due to swift current of water over the road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.1 feet this evening.
