...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Missouri...Kansas... Little Osage River near Horton affecting Vernon County. Little Osage River at Fulton affecting Bourbon County. For the Little Osage River...including Fulton, Horton...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Osage River at Fulton. * WHEN...From this evening to early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Farmland at the gage site becomes covered by flood waters, and Highway 31, east of town becomes flooded. Highway 31, four miles west of Fulton has flood waters four to six feet in depth. 225th Street, near Xavier Road, 1 mile east of Fulton is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 6.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 23.9 feet just after midnight tonight.
