issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Kansas...
Marais Des Cygnes River at Osawatomie affecting Miami County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Marais Des Cygnes River at Osawatomie.
* WHEN...From late Tuesday night to Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Low-lying areas along the river begin to
flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 13.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
Wednesday morning to a crest of 28.4 feet Wednesday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
