...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Kansas... Wakarusa River at Wakarusa affecting Shawnee County. Mill Creek Near Paxico affecting Wabaunsee County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mill Creek near Paxico. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Low lying farm fields and campsites along the creek begin to flood. At 30.0 feet, Campsites on west side of campground begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 29.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 30.1 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
