Wakarusa River at Wakarusa affecting Shawnee County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wakarusa River at Wakarusa. * WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor flooding occurs along the Wakarusa River. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:31 AM CDT Monday the stage was 15.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.5 feet later this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this afternoon. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
