* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of Southeast Kansas, including the following county, Neosho. * WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 237 AM CDT, Law enforcement reports that some roads across the far southern portion of the county are likely still experiencing some flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Parsons, Thayer, Galesburg, Lake Parsons and South Mound.
Instruction: 
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
