Neosho River at Oswego affecting Cherokee and Labette Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River near Erie. * WHEN...From this morning to tomorrow afternoon. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 25.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 31.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown. Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.
