Black Vermillion River near Frankfort affecting Marshall County. Big Blue River near Blue Rapids affecting Marshall County. Mill Creek at Washington affecting Washington County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mill Creek at Washington. * WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile north of Washington, floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 27.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tonight and continue falling to 2.7 feet early Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
