...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Kansas... Little Blue River near Barnes affecting Marshall and Washington Counties. Black Vermillion River near Frankfort affecting Marshall County. Big Blue River near Blue Rapids affecting Marshall County. Mill Creek at Washington affecting Washington County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Black Vermillion River near Frankfort. * WHEN...Until late Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, The west bank of the river floods. At 27.5 feet, Area in the vicinity of 19th Terrace and Vista Roads floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 24.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.5 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
