Big Blue River near Blue Rapids affecting Marshall County. Mill Creek at Washington affecting Washington County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mill Creek at Washington. * WHEN...From this morning to early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile north of Washington, floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 23.3 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 25.7 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight to 2.4 feet early Wednesday morning. It will rise to 2.8 feet Wednesday evening. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
