* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of central and north central Kansas, including the following counties, in central Kansas, Dickinson. In north central Kansas, Ottawa. * WHEN...Until 1015 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 710 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Abilene, Solomon, Enterprise, Talmage and Moonlight. - This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 267 and 281.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
