Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of north central Kansas, including the following
county, Osborne.
* WHEN...Until 1130 AM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 524 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated gages indicated
heavy rain had fallen from thunderstorms across the area.
Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen but no additional
rain is expected. Minor flooding will continue across low-
lying and poor drainage areas.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

Instruction:
