Description: 
At 227 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain had fallen from thunderstorms across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, highways and county roads, as well as other poor drainage and low- lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... mainly rural areas of Southeastern Osborne County This includes the following streams and drainages... Wolf Creek, Carr Creek, Center Twin Creek, Coon Creek, Fourmile Creek, Indian Creek, North Branch Spillman Creek, East Fork Wolf Creek, Twin Creek and East Twin Creek.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
