FFWGID The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Southeastern Osborne County in north central Kansas... * Until 500 AM CDT. * At 1148 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen over the last few hours in parts of the Warning area. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area tonight before rain likely ends within the next hour or so. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... mainly rural areas of Southeastern Osborne County This includes the following streams and drainages... Wolf Creek, Carr Creek, Center Twin Creek, Coon Creek, Fourmile Creek, Indian Creek, North Branch Spillman Creek, East Fork Wolf Creek, Twin Creek and East Twin Creek.
