Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Marysville, Sabetha, Seneca, Blue Rapids, Frankfort, Waterville, Centralia, Axtell, Beattie, Corning, Goff, Vermillion, Oneida, Lillis, Baileyville and Woodlawn.
