extending from Elkader to Menominee, moving northeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Garnavillo around 1255 PM CDT.
Bloomington around 100 PM CDT.
Platteville and Lancaster around 105 PM CDT.
Fennimore around 115 PM CDT.
