* WHEN...From Monday morning to Thursday, April 23.
* IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, Water may begin to go over the road
covering part of Highway C near Highway 18.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.5 feet.
- Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late Monday morning.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
