At 534 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Dubuque, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. Locations impacted include... Dubuque, Asbury, Peosta, St. Donatus, Centralia, Sageville, Durango, Graf, Swiss Valley Park, Lock And Dam 11, Key West, Edmore, Dubuque Regional Airport, Mud Lake Park, Rockdale, Mines of Spain, Lattnerville, Dubuque County Fairgrounds, Center Grove, and Massey.
